I. GENERAL BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
By proceeding with this booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (name, address, contact number, email, and valid ID) for the sole purpose of processing and managing your reservation at our facility.
II. BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT PROCESS
IMPORTANT: Your submission is a BOOKING REQUEST ONLY
After submitting your request, the system marks your chosen dates as Under Review. Our Management team will review the request for availability and validity. A separate email containing a secure Payment Link and confirmation details will be sent to your provided email address within 24 hours if the booking is approved.
The reservation is NOT confirmed until payment is successfully completed AND verified by our Management team. Failure to complete payment or if the payment cannot be verified within the time specified will result in automatic cancellation.
Once verified, a digital contract summarizing the reservation details, inclusions, and official house rules will be sent to your registered email address. This contract serves as your official proof of confirmed booking.
III. CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY
The initial payment (Reservation Deposit) is **strictly non-refundable** under all circumstances, including but not limited to, changes in guest travel plans or personal emergencies.
- **Rebooking:** Rebooking is allowed **only at the discretion of the Management**, subject to availability and a minimum rebooking fee.
- **Full Contract:** Detailed cancellation, rebooking, and refund policies will be fully outlined in the official contract sent upon payment verification.
IV. SECURITY DEPOSIT & LIABILITY
NOTE: A Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,000.00) cash security deposit is required upon check-in for all reservations.
This will be returned upon check-out if no damage or loss of items occurred. The registered guest is fully responsible for the conduct of all persons in their party. Management is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
V. VENUE-SPECIFIC HOUSE RULES
A. GRAND PAVILION (Event Rules)
- Affixing items to the walls is **prohibited** without approval from Casa Daisy management.
- Moving artworks is **prohibited**.
- Use of candles without a holder that prevents wax from dripping on surfaces is **prohibited**.
- **NO SMOKING** inside the facility. Any guest caught violating this will be penalized for **Php 1,000.00**.
- All event trash must be disposed of in the designated areas at the conclusion of the event.
- No eating, drinking, or bringing food to the lounge area (second floor).
- All vendors must coordinate arrival and set-up time in advance. Contact our admin at 09165329142 to schedule.
- All food carts must bring their **own carpet** to prevent tile scratch.
- The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails, and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. Leave the property as you found it.
- Time of Ingress, Egress, and the main event must be strictly followed. Set up time is 5-6 hours before the event.
- Caterer and other suppliers/vendors must remove all property and clean up immediately after the agreed end time of the event. They are given **1.5 to 2 hours** to finish; otherwise, a fine of **₱1,000 for every 15 minutes** past the allotted time will be charged.
- Caterers are **not allowed** to wash their dishes inside the facility.
- Air-condition will be turned on 30 minutes before the event time and turned off after the event.
B. VILLA HOUSE RULES
- **Check in: 2:00 PM / Check out: 11:00 AM.**
- For security, gates will be locked by 12MN. Outgoing and late guests must coordinate with caretakers (ANABELLE – 09165329142 (MORNING), EMIL – 09560513165 (NIGHT)).
- Observe prompt check-out at 11:00 AM.
- Return borrowed items (keys, remotes, etc.) before check-out. Missing or damaged property will be charged to the guest.
- Guests who are not checked in are **not allowed** to use the facilities.
- Outside food and drinks are allowed.
- Guests are expected to **CLEAN AS THEY GO**. Bins are provided for proper waste disposal.
- **SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED** inside the house or in the swimming pool area. Use designated smoking areas only.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Bringing in illegal substances, firearms, explosives, hazardous, or toxic substances is strictly prohibited.
- Management has the right to refuse entry to unauthorized guests/companions.
- Non-compliant guests may be asked to leave the premises and are not eligible for any refund.
- Damages to furniture, linens, and other fixtures will be subject to charges for repairs and/or replacement.
- Use the shower rooms in the pool area before and after swimming. **Going up the stairs or into the rooms in wet clothes is prohibited.**
- **NO** bringing in of electrical gadgets or equipment such as inflatables with blower, light/audio/video/heaters, cooking equipment, and other electrical appliances.
- Please bring your own towels. Shampoo and body wash are provided.
C. POOL RULES
- Please shower before entering the pool.
- No smoking in the pool area.
- No glass, food, or drink in the pool area.
- Proper swim attire is required. **No cotton T-shirts and shorts, please!** Dry-fit shirts and shorts are allowed.
- No pets allowed in the pool area.
- No running, pushing, or other dangerous horseplay.
- Be considerate—no yelling or other loud noise. **Please lower the volume at 10:00 PM (City ordinance).**
- Children under 18 years old must be supervised by an adult.
- Management reserves the right to deny the use of the pool to anyone at any time.
- Falls will be turned off at 12:00 midnight
